1. If You Can Log Into Your Account:

1. Log into your account here.
2. Navigate to "Password and Security."
3. Click "Edit" next to the "Update Password" section.
4. Enter your current password, then create and confirm your new password

Make sure your new password meets the following criteria:

• Contains at least one lowercase letter, one uppercase letter, one number, and one special character (e.g., @, !, $, %, *, &).
• No character repeats more than twice.
• Is between 8 and 32 characters in length.

5. Click "Save." You will receive confirmation that your password has been updated both on your profile and via email.

2. If You Cannot Log Into Your Account:

1. Open this link.
2. Click "Forgot Password."
3. Enter the email address associated with your Build A Rocket Boy account and click "Submit."
4. You will receive a password reset link at your email address.

Check all email folders, including spam, for the reset link.

5. Click the "Reset Password" button in the email and create your new password, ensuring it meets the following criteria:

• Contains at least one lowercase letter, one uppercase letter, one number, and one special character (e.g., @, !, $, %, *, &).
• No character repeats more than twice.
• Is between 8 and 32 characters in length.

6. Click "Submit." You will receive confirmation that your password has been successfully updated both on your profile and via email.
